The game

  • One finger

    Hold to fold your wings and dive downhill; let go to open them and launch off the crest. Land right where the slope begins for a perfect landing, and chain them into combos.

  • A sun that won’t wait

    Every new island wins back a little daylight, with a glide over the sea in between. A new daily challenge every day, the same world for everyone, with other players’ ghosts to race. Thirty nests of three missions raise your multiplier up to ×30.

  • Free, and only for looks

    Six birds, trails and six worlds, all bought with coins you earn flying. Every bird flies exactly the same. No ads, no energy, no subscriptions.

When can I play?

Soon. Flippy Skies is on its way to the App Store for iPhone and iPad.

How much does it cost?

Nothing. There are four optional coin packs (€0.99, €1.99, €4.99 and €9.99), and everything that costs coins can also be earned by playing. The App Store shows the price for your country.

Are there ads, energy or subscriptions?

No. None of them.

Which devices and languages?

iPhone and iPad, played in landscape, and it works offline. The game is in English, Spanish, Catalan, French, Italian, Portuguese and German. It is rated 4+ on the App Store.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up. Your progress stays on your device and, if you use iCloud, in your iCloud, so it follows you to your other devices. Leaderboards and ghosts use your Game Center profile.

What are the daily challenge ghosts?

In the daily challenge everyone flies the same world. You can race the ghost of your best attempt, the world’s number one or a Game Center friend. If you use Game Center, other players can also see the ghost of your attempt, with your nickname.

Does it collect data?

Only if you say yes inside the game: usage statistics with GameAnalytics, which you can switch off in Settings → Statistics. No tracking across apps. It is all in the privacy policy.

What about my coins?

Apple charges for them. Coins are consumable, so they cannot be restored like permanent purchases, but they travel with your iCloud progress. Refunds go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
